Using Brandlit
These terms cover brandlitup.com, the Brandlit editor and related services. By creating an account or using Brandlit you agree to these terms. You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement, protect your account credentials, and provide accurate account information. A parent or guardian must authorise use where required.
Your content and our service
You retain rights to your content. You grant us permission to store, process, display and transmit it as needed to provide the features you request. You are responsible for rights, licences, privacy and accuracy in the content you upload or publish. Brandlit’s software, branding and templates remain subject to their applicable licences. Exporting a template does not grant rights to third-party assets you add.
Plans, AI and domains
Basic editor time is free permanently. AI usage, project limits, template access and optional paid capabilities are described in the live plan and checkout. Paid subscriptions renew as displayed at checkout until cancelled. Domains and template packs may be separate purchases. Provider accounts and API usage can have separate fees. Review billing terms and refund information before paying.
Publishing and generated output
Publishing makes selected content public. Review AI suggestions, generated code and published output before relying on them. Features and integrations depend on their providers and permissions. Do not assume a feature is available on every device or that generated output is correct, complete or suitable for a regulated use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute unlawful content or malware, obtain unauthorised access, impersonate others, disrupt the service or evade account and usage controls. We may restrict accounts or content where necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available. Keep independent copies of important work. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Ending use and disputes
You can stop using the service, cancel subscriptions through the billing portal, and request account deletion through privacy@brandlitup.com. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier charges. Georgia law governs where permitted; mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply. Contact legal@brandlitup.com to resolve a dispute. Changes to these terms will be posted with an updated date.
