Before you pay
The basic editor is free. Check the live plan, price, currency, billing interval and any separate domain or template charges before purchasing. Keep your receipt.
Cancel a subscription
Open the billing portal from your signed-in Brandlit account to manage or cancel renewal. If the portal is unavailable, contact support. Cancelling renewal does not automatically reverse a previous payment.
Request a refund
Email support@brandlitup.com from the account email, including the receipt reference and reason. We assess the actual purchase, delivery and applicable consumer rights. Domain registrations and third-party fees can be subject to their provider’s rules. This page does not remove statutory rights or any refund promise shown for your purchase.
