Who operates Brandlit

Accounts, payments and support

We process your email address, account identifiers, sign-in and verification records, subscription and licence status, payment-provider references, and messages you send to support. Email passwords are stored as hashes. Stripe or Apple processes payment details under its own privacy policy. We use these records to authenticate accounts, deliver the service, manage billing, prevent abuse and answer support requests.

Your work and connected services

Cloud projects, uploaded files, page content and project metadata are stored to provide editing, saving and publishing. Publishing makes the selected content publicly accessible. Content you send to AI features is transmitted to the connected AI service for processing. Your provider’s terms and privacy policy apply. Avoid including information you do not intend to share with that provider.

Camera, microphone and screen access

Browser camera, microphone and screen capture requires permission. Filming and capture may remain on your device unless you save, upload, publish or send that content to a connected service. Review the selected capture source and destination before sharing sensitive material.

Cookies and service diagnostics

Essential cookies keep you signed in and maintain account and security state. The service may process IP addresses, request metadata, timestamps, browser/device information, usage and reliability events for security, metering, diagnostics and service improvement. Website analytics and connected service providers can receive relevant events. We do not treat a local app as proof that our websites collect no information.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare provides website hosting, storage, security and email services. Google provides optional sign-in. Payment, email and AI providers receive the information needed for the features you choose. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect accounts and the service, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. Provider processing may take place outside your country.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to operate your account, maintain security, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the record and purpose; we do not promise an unverified fixed deletion period. You can disconnect providers, revoke permissions, manage billing and request access, correction or deletion by emailing privacy@brandlitup.com. We may verify account ownership before acting. Deletion may not remove records that must be retained by law or copies already published or exported by others.

Children and changes

The service is not directed to children under 13. Contact privacy@brandlitup.com if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will update this notice when practices change and identify the date above.
